    Achievement glitched/not unlocking on my profile


    I have MANY cases open with Xbox Live Support that just point me to write on the forum so here I am.

    My issue:

    three weeks ago I finished the requirements for the last achievement I need on the Xbox One game Rush - this did not unlock.

    I have tried many times since to no avail.

    I have tried resetting profile, deleting save data etc.

    I have tried another console.

    I have tried another account and this achievement unlocked straight away.

    Can someone please help with this issue.

    Kind of surprised [Watch Dogs - POSSIBLE SPOILER]

    There is a 30G achievement for unlocking all 13 towers. It glitched on my yesterday as well. Mine popped in the middle of the night.

    BongKaos, please note that the achievement that glitched on him was for unlocking the levels. Simply replaying a course will not rebuy a course that is already purchased.

    Faulty/Unobtainable achievements

    Once you have unlocked an achievement on a game it can not be removed from your profile.

    Glitched achievements are down to the developers to fix,not Microsoft.

    Do agree that glitched achievements are annoying though

    It's understandable that sometimes glitches happen that are out of the controll of the players, i unlocked an achievement and then my profile corrupted on me, happened to me twice even, (said everything was at zero and that i had no gamerpicture) had to
    recover my gamertag to find out it didn't count and I didn't unlock the achievement.

    I just unlocked 3 achievements on Microsoft Mahjong and it only gave me credit for 2, it says 3 of 3 unlocked on my pc, but when I go to xbox dashboard it says 2 out of 3 unlocked, I redownloaded my profile, but it is still glitched.

    Nevermind that is not why this happens. Its just some random glitch that happens to random people in random games. This just happened to my friend the other day. He fixed it by unlocking another achievement in the game. The problem with my glitch though
    is that it glitched on the very last achievement i unlocked so I can't unlock any more.

    I tried loading my save game and ran a race to see if the achievements would just unlock again automatically, but they didn't. Thankfully I wasn't too far into the game, so I've just deleted my save and started again. Hopefully the achievements will unlock

    @XboxSupport's tweet, the achievements unlocked fine second time around (after starting my save again).
