Achievement gamerscore issue

Achievemment : don't know but I miss 40 G

Xbox 360

Unlocked all Borderlands 2 achievements + dlc achievements

In the game list I see 68/69 achievements unlocked but if I select the game I see 69/69

My gamerscore near the GT is 224295 but in the details is 224255 as on xbox.com

Cleared cache and downloaded profile but problem still exists

My gamerscore is gone!?

So, a little issue update:

erasing and redownloading my profile on xbox360 seem to solve achievements and gamerscore issue.

But, now, gamerscore is out of synch from xbox.com and my windows phone 7.5.

 

Deleting Achievments

The only time achievements are removed are as part of a gamerscore reset. The enforcement team are in charge of gamerscore resets and only issue resets if they determine that the achievements were obtained by cheating/modding. They will not remove only certain
achievements, but they would remove all achievements on your account.

Hey there, xEndriux! I'm very sorry to see it hasn't fully updated the site that you 100% completed Borderlands 2! Hopefully I can shed some light on this situation.

First, I see that you only earned the last achievement 23 hours (at the time of me posting this). We want to wait a full 48 hours to see if the achievements will update on their own.

If, after 48 full hours, the achievements don't show as fully 100%, then you will want to earn another achievement, and wait 7 more days. Once you earn that achievement, let 7 days pass and see if it will self heal for you.

If that doesn't help you out, please post back. We can continue on to our next step from there. We really appreciate your patience while we wait on the required time frames before we are able to look into this further.

Now I'm playing another game and I unlocked several achievements.

Borderlands 2 is still at 68/69 but I'll let you know if it change in the next 7 days

my account appears to be the same - Have spoken (via chat) to somebody and they are looking into this - really frustrating!! I have obtained achievements in two games over the last few days and they have initially appeared, but have since disappeared? Again,
when the games are selected it shows up what achievements I have earned and the Gamerscore attached to these, but on the initial game list the achievements are not showing so will not show as having 100% that game?

 

Have also noticed that my Gamerscore is showing as correct on Xbox 360 as 32905, but on here it is showing as 225 less, 32680???

I'm having the same issue.

Game: GTA V (Xbox 360)

Achievement: All's Fare in Love and War - 10 G

Achievement unlocked 11 hours ago with timestamp.

In the game list I see 48/49 achievements unlocked, but if I select the game I see 49/49

I cleared the cache and downloaded the profile but the problem persists.

Managed to sort my issues out - had to obtain another achievement in the same game and then all of the achievements started to show for that game. Had to do this for every game where the achievements were glitched. Not sure what to do if you don't have
any more achievements to get or if the only achievements you have left are nightmares to achieve!!!??? Support were helpful, but did not really offer any advice on how to sort this - Found this out by trial and error - lost count of how many times I was asked
to delete profile and re-download my profile, delete caches etc. All sorted now!!

Must say great customer service each time I contacted support though.

I am writing for my son regarding a similar issue. He got COD AW for his birthday in Dec and put lots of hours into it. Today he went to play and all of his levels were gone he is back to the first level. Is this a glitch and can it be fixed? He is really
upset because apparently it takes a lot of time. I believe he was Tier 3. Any help would be much appreciated, and remember I'm the mom and really don't know anything about this stuff so if you answer me keep it in simple terms, lol! Thanks in advance!
