Achievement gamerscore issue - Second request

Achievemment Issue - Not sure why but I'm missing 20 G

In the game list I see 58/69 achievements unlocked but if I select the game I count 59/69 unlocked, resulting in a discrepancy of 20 gold. I think it's not counting the FTW! achievement, but I can't tell for sure. Cleared cache and downloaded profile but
problem still exists. Any help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there, so can you see the achievement unlocked through xbox.com (this website)? If so, then it's definitely unlocked as this website reflects what will be downloaded when you re-download your profile to the console.

If you see the achievement the website try deleting the profile from the console (profile only), clear the system cache, restart the console and re-download the profile. I know you said you did some of the steps, but I didn't see you say you deleted your
profile which you really need to do to fix some of these issues.

Delete and re-download profile:
support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

Clear system cache:
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

If you can't see if unlocked on the website I would say to try and re-earning the achievement.

 

I did what you suggested and instead of syncing the achievements at 59/69, the dumb system stripped me of one that I'd already earned - the Japanese Connoisseur achievement. That's bogus.
