Achievement for Transformers Rise of the Dark Spark "Bearer of the Spark" challenge ...

I have Transformers Rise of the Dark Spark game for the Xbox One. On August 1st 2014 I reached Prime and got the achievement "Covenant of Primus" but I didn't get the challenge for reaching Prime in 2014. I do not really want to reach Prime again and lose
all my weapons and upgrades and since Diablo 3, Madden 15, and Destiny all coming out in less then a month, I do not know how much of this game I will be playing. And since there is a time limit to receive this challenge, I was hoping someone could help me
with this. My gamertag is . I ALWAYS play online, never offline, so I can see the date I do get achievements. I did all the troubleshooting, clearing stuff in settings and deleting my profile, and that did help me with achievements on Watchdogs
and Call of Duty Ghost that didn't pop up but still nothing for the "Bearer of the Spark". I appreciate any help I can get, thank you very much

Microsoft i beg you sign contract with hasbro gaming, I really want Transformers games into XBOX ONE. Transformers the game, Transformers 2, Transformers Dark of the Moon, Transformers Rise of the dark spark, Transformers War Of Cybertron, Transformers Fall
Of Cybertron. PLEASE!!!

 

I also want to add that I already contacted support and they made me go through the troubleshooting phase. Then they told me to post a thread on here for help. Nothing they suggested worked and I played Transformerd last night and today, still no achievement.
They did say in 24 hours I would get a response. Been over 24 hours and nothing. I will try again to clear storage and mac address and reset the Xbox while I wait for a response.

 

Update. Still nothing. Played Transformers last night. Been playing Diablo 3 on the Xbox One all day and just checked to see if the achievement popped up without me noticing, still says it is an unmet challenge.

 

Another update.... Cleared everything again. No achievement. I don't know if this matters but this is a DIGITAL copy of the game. I DO NOT own the disc version of this game. I am currently speaking to support now since it has been 4 days and no one has spoken
to me about this issue when I was told on the 17th, that someone would address this with me in 24 hours.

There have been issues on the one with achievements not unlocking when the requirement has been met.. Support said the problem has been largely fixed and should only take 24 to 48 hours for the achievement to be awarded. If not in that time frame you might
have to wait longer. So just be patient and your achievement should be warded in time.

 

Okay. I've been waiting and IT STILL HASN'T UNLOCKED. So should I wait longer? Oh wait only 18 days left. And on the achievements section it says DONE... Unlocking. For months now. I guess I have to reach Prime again and hopefully this works. Wonderful support
on this issue.
