Achievement for Forza horizon 3 bug

I am experiencing problem with 2 achievements that were unlocked in my Profile called , Conquered that are bugs "Horizon Dedication" & "Display Specialist", could check my account why they are blocked yet, I did all the way support I'll send you to
try to solve this problem, I'll put a picture of my Statistics in game to prove that it was already complete in game.

forza horizon 3 EP bugs when playing online is always repeated

 

"May the Forza be with you" achievement?

I played forza horizon then forza 3 beat horizon then got 3 played 3 until I got to year 3 in season racing went back to horizon and got the achievement and cars tried it on a different profile and it wont give me the achievement so ignore all this garbage
about swapping save devices and what not there is a bug or 2 in horizon and that is one of them so it may or may not give you it there isn't any thing you can do about I have tried all theories on how to get it and non of them work

I did all Achivement Troubleshooter procedures a few days ago in the example four months ago, even though the achievement that I told you to check was made and I sent you a photo of it completed, if you read the two conquests I sent you to see it Topic they
are very simple to understand the moment you see the photo is the achievement, you will see that I have completed it and not unlock.

 

I will simplify for the support that see this message, I will put the two achievements that are in my profile in photo with how many percentage ℅℅, only that is in Portuguese Brazil
the only language you translate into your language that is all beautiful, and another Photo with the complete objective we were in red in the photo, will see that the conquest does not unlock after it is made.
