Achievement Errors - Not Unlocking and Deleted Thread?

Hi there, I am posting on behalf of my friend (x Uchiha Inc x)

He made a post yesterday or today regarding an account issue he is having with his console. He has contacted Xbox Support whom redirected him to the forums to post his issue in the hopes of a solution or at least a reply from the technical support team that
handles this issue. Only to find out that his thread was deleted without an explanation.

The issue he is having is that no gamer pictures are showing and none of his achievements will load and all show as locked. He can't even earn any achievements as it gives him the following errors when trying to look at achievements and compare achievements
(0x87c40011 and 0x87c4000d)

The xbox support representative informed him to keep use his tag to a "minimum" - He hasn't been on his account because he is afraid of the profile corrupting and having to earn a lot of achievements all over again. He put a lot of work into this.

I would just like to know why his thread was deleted without any reason. Especially when he was told to come here and ask for support.

Arcade game 'quarrel' won't unlock achievements.

Downloaded trial. Purchased. No achievements unlocking. Deleted. Downloaded again. Same.

Achievement without unlocking.

I have got the same problem with 3 achievements not unlocking. I deleted and reinstalled the game. Then replayed everything and they did again not unlock.

Is there any other solution?

The achievement is glitched. If you hace more save games the achievement doesn’t unlock. I had to delete all savegames, including the one life one. Start a new game on one life difficulty and compñete the gane again without dying, achievement unlocked.

There are se troubles unlocking achievements at the moment! There are plenty of other threads, a lot of people having issues.

So is this a Xbox system error and not an error with my console or account?

As long as the Game has 0/1000G or zero achievements unlocked you can delete them in your game list, pressing X. As soon as you've unlocked an achievement you won't be able to delete the game.
