    UNBELIEVABLE! They deleted the thread with dozens of people angry about their crap service! With no answer! I swear to god if one my customer "support" person says reboot my console.....

    Xbox One Achievements won't pop...

    I saw that error yesterday when I was trying to access my achievements. I just logged off and logged back on and the error went away.

    Xbox One Achievements won't pop...

    even though I get the achievements in their respective games. I get an error message 0x87c40011. However, the error doesn't exist when I enter it the xbox/support page.

    And that seems to be only one of the many issues I am having with the service.

    Anyone else having similar problems?

    Have you tried rebooting your console?

    Just kidding. The thread hasn't been deleted, they've all just been merged into one. The issue has been passed on to the appropriate team to look into. In the meantime, keep an eye on this link for an answer as to what is causing the problem.

    I have the exact same problem with the same error code, but then with the game Goat Simulator. Some achievements synced correctly and suddenly my collectible achievement didn't unlock. Going to the Achievements App gives the error 0x87c40011 :(
