    Achievement earned but not unlocked


    Hi,

    I have earned the achievement called hero of the ebonheart pact in the game elder scrolls online but it has not been unlocked yet.

    I've followed all the steps in that sticky so don't advice that.

    I've been passed around for the past month, I just want this sorted now please, it can't be that hard to just unlock it.

    Achievements have not unlocked after a week

    There are three achievements in Halo: The Master Chief Collection that I earned on the game's release day (Nov. 11) that have not unlocked yet. Other achievements that I earned that day have unlocked and every achievement I've earned since then has
    unlocked. I know that server issues can cause achievements to get delayed, but a week seems like a long time, especially since others I got around the same time have unlocked.

    How much Gamerscore did you earn in July?

    I don't know exactly as some achievements earned have not unlocked yet.

    Achievement earned but not unlocked

    I have had the same issue with two games. One a month back and now another game just yesterday.

    Hey, guys! If you've followed all the steps in the
    achievement sticky, then you will also need to make sure you submit the survey at the bottom of it. These are the only steps we have available to unlock achievements. Once you fill out the survey, it is sent to the team that looks into general issues as
    a whole to ensure there are no major issues with achievements. They will not fix individual achievements and we are unable to assist with fixing individual achievements.

    Because this is all we are able to do to assist you, this thread will be locked. If you need assistance with any other issues, please post up a new detailed post so that our community can work on helping you out. Thanks for understanding!

    Xbox Achievements are now unlocking but like 30 previous ones I met the requirements for in the past month I should have unlocked still are not unlocked.

    Microsoft is not able to 'unlocked' the achievements for you. Now that achievements unlocking is working for you, try earning the achievement in question again.

    Hey Diamondgeezer13,

    Have you tried re-earning those achievements? I would like to clarify that the factory restore would not unlock those achievements, and they will need to be re-earned. Try picking an easier achievement and let us know if you're able to unlock it.

    Resetting a modded gamerscore for my hacked account (Mod Removed)

    When gamerscore is reset, the achievements 'earned' the first time round cannot be re-earned to increase gamerscore. You would need to unlock new achievements.
