Achievement Discrepancy

Hi there.

I’m writing with regards to an achievement discrepancy on my profile.

On 30/12/2014, I unlocked the “Power Breaker” achievement on Rez HD – it was the last 10G I needed in order to obtain the maximum 200G available for said game. The achievement popped up as expected, but unfortunately it wasn’t added to my total on my games
list (it’s still showing as 190G), and there are also various other places on both my dashboard and xbox.com profile where this discrepancy is causing issues. If you click into the game itself on my dashboard game list, it clearly states that the achievement
has been unlocked.

It’s worth noting that this issue also presented itself when I unlocked the first achievement in Contrast – “A New Dimension”, but I have since played the game again and unlocked further achievements, which seems to have corrected the issue. This isn’t an option
I can take with Rez HD however, due to the fact there are no more achievements for me to unlock.

Please could this matter be looked in to and the mistakes on my profile be fixed?

achievements in a different language than the console

Hello Kenny! The language discrepancy is quite strange. Perhaps try re-downloading your profile to your console?

When you log in at xbox.com with this account, is the primary language English or German? If it's German, then that might explain the achievements too.

 

Tenure discrepancy

I was a silver for a bit less than a year, but then shouldn't my tenure at least be a 10? My billing information does agree with that.

 

Hey there, hmmPuzzler! I'm very sorry to see that your achievement hasn't been added to your full gamerscore yet! Hopefully we can troubleshoot this and get it working for you.

I see on
your profile here that you've achieved this 7 days ago, and your most recent achievements have been on Xbox One. One of the steps that we have to take is earning another achievement on Xbox 360, but it doesn't have to be in that game. Once you've earned
another 360 achievement, we'll start a timer for 7 days.

If those 7 days pass and that last achievement doesn't add to your whole gamerscore, then we can move on to our next step. This is a necessary step before anything else can be done, though.

We really appreciate your patience with us while we work on getting this added to your gamerscore! Please do post back once you have earned another achievement on the 360, or once 7 days have passed since you did.

I must point out however, that my latest achievements weren't obtained on the Xbox One, they were earned on the 360 in Contrast (Contrast being available on both the 360 and Xbox One, so I can see where the confusion may have come from!).

As I mentioned in my previous post, the problems were apparent for both Rez HD and Contrast when I unlocked achievements on 30/12/2014, but have since unlocked further achievements in Contrast on 03/01/2015; I take it I need to wait until 10/01/2015 to see
whether my Rez HD achievement adds to my profile?

 

The issue will resolve and yes you still have the achievement.Sometimes when this happens within hrs-3days it will show up

Yes, we will want to wait until 1/10 for those achievements to possibly show up. If they do not, please post back in here and we'll see what our next steps are!

 

Hello again.

I've waited the required 7 days and there's still been no change unfortunately.

Since my last post I've also tried clearing the system cache, and deleting/recovering my profile from the system; neither solved the problem.

 

Thank you so much for the update, Puzzler! I do see that the achievement page I linked above is still not updated. I have gone ahead and passed your information along to the appropriate teams. Once I have more information, I will post back in here.

I also take comfort in the fact that this kind of issue can actually be fixed, so I won't worry quite as much if I run into something similar in the future!
