Discus and support Achievement art issues. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; hey folks, tried last night to set a new background using achievement art on my xbox one but it doesn't seem to be working.     Achievement art issues.


    hey folks, tried last night to set a new background using achievement art on my xbox one but it doesn't seem to be working.

    Tried a few things.

    Deleted profile.

    Cleared cache.

    Set solid background then achievement art no luck.

    Tried diffrent achievement art from other games.

    I also tried my partner's xbox s on her account and the same thing happens.

    Have MS removed this feature or is it update issue?

    Achievement Tip

    Would be cool if Microsoft allowed us too use the achievement art as desktop background art.

    Achievement Art Background

    Since the Spring 2017 Update, I've been having an issue with Achievement Art being used as the profile background. I currently have 5 profiles on my Xbox One (one for each family member). After a restart, once a profile is signed in, all other profiles
    show the same Achievement Art background and cannot be changed. No issues are noticed with a color only background. Have tried a power cycle and changing all profiles to color only; but once Achievement Art is turned on for one profile again, it shows for
    all. I'm lost on any ideas to fix if anyone has any suggestions. Thanks for your help.

    "Have MS removed this feature... ?", I don't think so. I just tried it on my Xbox One S and seems to work OK. But, then again I'm still running the older Dec. 2016 update. You asked "...is it update issue?". So, I have to ask, are you part of the Insider
    Preview Program and or did you received the spring update early? If so, the background setting problem you are having now might be resolved when the new spring update is finally released.

    Yes that option will stay ghosted until you apply a screenshot, photo on a memory stick or achievement art as a background.

    Have you tried applying any achievement art and it's still ghosted?

    I am experiencing a similar problem but it doesn't only affect when I try to set Achievement art as the background. I have the same issue with screenshots as well. In addition to that, if I have a plain colour background, game art only shows up in the
    background sometimes - not all the time.
