Achievement App not tracking??

Discus and support Achievement App not tracking?? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; was playing Dragonball Xenverse 2 for most of today doing a bit of achievement hunting and found out that the achievements app isn't tracking anything....     Achievement App not tracking??


    was playing Dragonball Xenverse 2 for most of today doing a bit of achievement hunting and found out that the achievements app isn't tracking anything. I reached the requirements for 4 achievements today and none have unlocked. I made progress towards another
    and found out that it isn't even updating my progress towards them. I tried hard resetting my Xbox, uninstalling and reinstalling the game and removing and reading my account and nothing's worked...is there anything else I could try?

    achievements not showing

    is it an actual Game achievement or an App achievement. The app achievement do not add to your gamer score, they're kind of pointless

    Xbox Video not tracking watched percentage correctly

    The problem is with the tracking inside the XBOX One Achievements app (not the True Achievements app).

    Sorry to hear about the achievement issue. Give the steps on our
    Xbox Live Achievement Troubleshooting     forum sticky a shot. If the issue continues after waiting 3 days (mentioned in those steps), be sure to report the issue within the survey linked at the bottom of that page. That data helps the proper team out a lot!

    Hey there Hockey Ed,

    You should be able to track Achievement progress in the Groove App, but there isn't a way to track Achievements in apps on Xbox.com or from the Achievement App.
