Achievement app not loading

The achievement app on my X1 isn't working - it crashes every time with the "something went wrong" error message. Is this issue related to the current XBL outages?

I've also noticed that trying to view achievements on xbox.com doesn't work for me either, as the website returns the "it appears you've found a glitch in the system" error page.

Can anyone help / advise on this please?

Xbox App - App freezes whenever I click on "Achievements"

I also hit the same issue. It's not just loading Achievements for me, I randomly have the app become unresponsive whenever it's loading data e.g. achievements, or friends' profiles, etc.

Beta app doesn't fix it - happens there too. For some reason it only seems to happen on one of my machines - the other doesn't hang in either the beta or normal app at all.

Achievements APP not loading my achievements

I have the same problem. I believe achievements are stored on the cloud server so this is an issue at Microsoft's end and only they can fix it.

If you load the achievement app on the console, do the achievements say "done unlocking" by chance?

If you load the achievement tracker or the xbox app, is it showing progress towards the achievement? I assume you are asking about the campaign completion achievement and not seriously.

For mine to actually boot up in instant on, it is very quick. Starting games is also instant, just when it comes to apps things slow down. Like they achievements, it's quicker for me to load up smartglass and view achievements than it is to actually load
the achievements on my X1.
