Achievement App ERROR 0x87c40011

This is the first time I've had this issue, and after browsing around the forums, I've noticed that the issue is on Microsoft's end.

Whenever I try to view the achievement app, whether snapped or unsnapped, I get the same error code listed above. I have another account on the xbox, and that account is able to view the achievement app just fine with no issues.

I have tried:

Hard Reset

Redownloading my profile to the console

Changing my console's background from a picture back to a neutral color.

None of these have helped. I've replied (as have others) in a thread several weeks old, but it seems that I have to make a new one in order to not be lost in that thread's clutter.

If this could get resolved, it would be greatly appreciated. After browsing around, it seems that while this issue persists, I'm not able to unlock any achievements.

I'm getting error 0x87c40011 when trying to open the achievements app. First time happening to me.

I'm now getting the 0x87c40011 error message when launching the Xbox One achievement App... and I also can't view achievements on Xbox.com

 

Same here. called the support (in germany). they told me that´s a general problem and MS is working on it. but..ya...you know...it´s a difference what they say and what they do...
