Achievement App deleted my progress

Hello and happy Holidays everyone.

My Problem is that the Xbox Achievement App deleted my Progress on Forza Motorsport 5 and Twitch. I played Forza 5 and got 402 Gold medals on the carreer when i checked the Achievement App it is saying 8% Progress. Some weeks before it said 89%. Even the
Achievements with Getting Money from your Design and Tuning Setup is set back to 0%. On Twitch the Achievement Watch 100hrs Twitch is from 76% back to 9%.

I tried a hard reset and re-downloading my Profile. Nothing worked. I think there must be a Problem with the Achievement App.

I am really disapointed because the Problem because the Achievements are a Major part of gaming experience for me on the Xbox One. I hope you guys can fix this Problem.

Achievements not tracking - Progress no longer being shown

Earlier today, I was having no problems tracking the progress of each of the achievements. I was unlocking achievements without any issue and having a generally good time with the game. About 4-5 hours into my game session, I notice that an achievement I
was expecting to unlock did not. I went to the app and saw that all my progress for each achievement not yet unlocked was gone. The app was no longer tracking my progress and had essentially deleted what progress I had. I tried to make progress again on some
achievements to see if it would start tracking again, but nothing. I deleted the save file from the console and got it off the cloud....nothing. I uninstalled the entire game from the system and reinstalled...nothing. I am out of ideas at this point. I am
wondering if I have run into a bug in the game, which is causing problems with tracking and unlocking achievements. Maybe my last save checkpoint caused the glitch and that my current save file on the cloud is slightly corrupted. I can play the game fine,
but the achievements aren't working. Is anyone else having this issue? I also noticed that my Titanfall achievements are still being tracked on the achievement app, so I don't think it is the app.

 

Achievement Progress Deleted

i have the same problem as this after the 5th update all progress is lost. i also got to level 50 and regenerated in the game this should achieve me two 50G achievements. however none of them where awarded to me.

 

Have you tried earning another Gold medal in FM5 or watching another hour on Twitch? See if the achievement app reverts to its previous progress when you do that.

I tried it. The app is not getting my previous progress. After a few races in Forza now i have 10% now.

 

When did this happen? It could be related to the service outage (support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status) which makes it hard to diagnose. I've never seen this happen to anyone else, so once
the Xbox Live service has been restored (achievements require a Live connection on One to unlock) it would be interesting to see if the issue resolves itself or persists.

If it persists we'll have to try something else.

 

Hi, I have a similar problem, all the progress I made in achievements has been reset to 0% and it doesn't increase but achievements can be unlocked. This happens in every game, not just one.

 

I can confirm that this happened after the outage!

 

Sorry that i was away so long. I was in holidays. I started my Xbox today ans the Problem is still there.
