Achievement and gamerscore issue

I unlocked the last achievement on the game Dead Block but was not awarded the 50gs even though it shows as unlocked and game complete on my dashboard and on Xbox.com. This happened on TWD on my One a few days back and I am still missing 25gs from this
aswell. I have tried redownloading my profile on both consoles,clearing cache multiple times,unlocking achievements on other games but nothing has worked and I am now dubious to play on either console in case the same thing happens again. This needs to be
sorted by an agent from a tech team as it is not going to fix itself,there is clearly something wrong with my account/gamertag.

I have managed to fix the 360, Dead Block issue but still cannot do anything with the One,TWD achievement,still 25gs short.

 

see the thread a couple of lines down about achievements - its a known issue.

They are looking into it and fixing things.

I have had issues with several achievements not tracking on bioshock 1 and 2 the last couple of days.

 

I hope you're right because the One achievement is fully unlocked but no GS for it,yet if I look at the achievements while snapped in game it shows 48/48 and 1000/1000,looking at them from the dash,full screen shows all tiles unlocked BUT 47/48 and 975/1000.

 

I'm having a similar problem too with my 360. Managed to finally completed Dark Souls to 100% for it to then say it's 92% complete and 39/41 achievement got even though my Xbox and this site registers I have actually gotten all the achievements. Tried getting
a new achievement on a different game to see if that would fix the problem, it didn't work so I am now missing that achievement on Darksiders 2 as well.

 

So frustrating,nothing but problems with Live lately and now our achievement's are getting ***!

Microsoft needs to sort this out,otherwise they won't be seeing anymore of my money.

Surely it can't be that hard for ms to get into our accounts and rectify the problem.

hello, i have some problems with unlocked achievements in Rage game. I have 4 achievememts from it, but the last 2 did not counting. On the xbox dashboard it shows that i have all the points from 4 achievements, but when I go to achievement section it shows
that it's only 2 unlocked, but i have 4 of them and the points are not counted from these two, but when you go to the Rage game there shows all those 4 achievements that i had unlocked. Also, here on the website, on my profile the points are not counted, but
it shows that i have those achievements unlocked.

As I'm looking at your
achievement profile for the game "Rage," I am also seeing that you unlocked 4 achievements but only 2 are being credited at the moment. Since the last unlocked achievement occurred 2 days ago, I would suggest waiting another 5 days while continuing to unlock
other achievements (if possible) to see if it resolves.

If after 5 days pass by with no resolution, please post over in this thread, as that is where we are tracking this issue to keep it all in one place. Thanks!
