Achevements will not appear when unlocked, has anyone else had this bug on the omega ring?

As an Insiders You gotta make a report for all the bugs You see, You must be in Alpha Ring, this ring is the most unstable, but not more than Alpha Skip Ahead, when You decided to join the Insider Program You knew there were a lot of bugs in the preview
OS, You can change another Ring, Beta, Delta or Omega, but the most stable of them is the Omega ring, now it's You who decid which ring You Will choose to recieve updates or If You Will choose to recieve updates like a normal user.

these are all things you know. I posted this here because Microsoft Support told me to. I understand the program, hence why I am in it.

But be aware. Joining the insiders means that you will encounter some bug that is not known for normal consumers. It is very rare in Omega or Delta ring, but it happens sometimes. When you install a hub, you must enroll your box in the omega ring. And
you will be able to participate in the Insider program. Just to be clear about everything. If you are prepared for that, welcome to the Insider club dear friend. If you love it, you must do surveys and quests to progres further. But, there are benefits like
one you want.

I’m on the Omega Preview ring (omega is issued updates very soon before they hit general public and is easy for anyone to join). I received an update last night and it appears all HDR Black levels are fixed for Blu-Ray, Amazon HDR, etc. However that pesky
Netflix “always-on” HDR issue still persists, but that’s a different story. So if it hasn’t already I would think this should be pushed out to public very soon!
