Bonjour, mon probleme concerne l'achat sur la Xbox One de contenus additionnels de jeux rétrocompatible Xbox 360. Cela concerne deux jeux : Dead Space 3 dont je ne peux pas acheter le Pass pour jouer en multijoueur, et Assassin's Creed 3 dont je ne peut
pas acheter le pack linguistique me permettant d'obtenir les voix française. Le message d'erreur s'affichant est le suivant pour les deux jeux : " Le contenu premium n'est pas autorisé pour ce profil. Pour modifier les paramètres de confidentialité et de
connexion, accéder paramètre, confidentialité"

Should the code say it's Expired, you may
contact a live agent to see how they may assist. Please make sure to have proof of purchase and the physical code.

It's also best to go to the place of purchase to see if they can replace the code.

Je me retrouve avec du matériel non conforme a l'achat voulue ..
