I'm afraid there isn't an option to use your Microsoft account balance to purchase a physical copy of the game, the only option is to purchase a digital copy of it. Thanks for understanding, let us know if you have any other Xbox support questions.

MW3 was temporarily on sale during the 19th, which was why it was priced at €29.90. I believe the promotion times are American, so when you checked it later that night, the promotion would have ended in American (I am assuming you are living in Europe because
you speak french).

Microsoft sadly can't give you any compensation because you missed out on this promotion.
