Bonjour,

Est-ce que quelqu'un a déj eu un problème l'achat d'un jeu xbox prélevé 2 fois ?

En fait, c'était une erreur de mon côté, j'ai demandé le remboursement via le site microsoft en ligne. J'ai été remboursé, sauf que j'ai été prélevé 2 fois !

Je ne comprends pas pourquoi ce prélèvement a eu lieu 2 fois la même date et la même heure.

J'ai eu 2 personnes de Microsoft au téléphone qui m'ont dit ne rien pouvoir faire... et m'ont renvoyé sur les demandes de remboursement en ligne. J'ai expliqué que le problème n'était pas l et que je n'avais plus cette possibilité de toute façon : quand
je me connecte mon compte microsoft, je ne peux plus demander le remboursement (puisqu'il a déj été effectué 1 fois). Rien n'y a fait !

Si quelqu'un peut me donner un conseil avisé, il sera le bienvenu.

Has anyone ever had a problem buying an xbox game taken twice?

In fact, it was a mistake on my side, I asked for the refund via the online microsoft site. I was refunded, except I was taken twice!

I do not understand why this collection took place twice on the same date and at the same time.

I had 2 people from Microsoft on the phone who told me they couldn't do anything... and referred me to online claims. I explained that the problem was not there and that I no longer had this possibility anyway: when I log in to my microsoft account,
I can no longer ask for the refund (since it has already been done once). Nothing has done!

Looking at my emails from Microsoft, I found 2 to which I could answer. Then, I've just sent 2 emails with the same content : one to Microsoft Store <*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***> and one to Microsoft Customer Support <*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***>

I attached 2 screenshots : copy of my microsoft account (orders history) and one of my bank transactions showing that I have been charged twice and refund only once.

I'm looking forward to hearing any good news by now!

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you bought a game but it charged you twice and you got one refunded already. Try emailing the original refund see if they can assist you as the only way for refunds is online.

After you submit the request, you’ll receive confirmation and follow-up emails that will include instructions on how to keep track of your request.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Please be sure to try the website request refund first, as agents will direct you there anyway. Also you are able to reply to the emails that you will receive from doing the online request directly.
