Achat de film sur le Store Xbox [Translation - Movie Purchase on the Xbox Store]

Je viens ici pour savoir si vous avez rencontrez le même soucis que moi.

J'ai fait l'achat d'une offre groupée sur le Store de ma Xboxone dans laquelle on me propose 5 films 12.99€.

Sur la page d’accueil on y vois que le langage est en français et de plus la bande annonce de
chaque film est aussi en français.

Quelle ne fut pas ma surprise de voir que deux des films sont avec l'audio en anglais "Annabelle 2 : La création du mal"(titre en français) et "The Conjuring."

J'ai donc demandé soit un remboursement ou de me fournir les deux films en Français comme le présente l'offre (ce que je préférerai).

La réponse du support Xbox a été:

[table][tr][td]Après avoir examiné votre demande concernant la commande du Aug. 29, 2019 and May 15, 2019, nous avons constaté qu’elle n’est pas admissible un remboursement conformément auxconditions de vente de Microsoft.[/td][/tr][/table]

Effectivement les CGV précisent que l'on renonce au droit de rétractation quand on achète un produit numérique.

Hors dans mon cas j'estime qu'il y erreur (le mot qui me vient l'esprit c'est tromperie) sur ce qui est vendu et induit l'acheteur en erreur.

Pensez vous qu'une solution avec Microsoft puisse être trouvée pour mon soucis. ?

Avec cette situation je perd confiance au store car j'ai déj eu le même soucis avec une autre commande pour laquelle l'audio est aussi en anglais alors que la bande annonce était en français. Ci dessous le lien vers le film en question.

Ici je veux bien admettre une erreur de ma part puisse qu'il y était inscrit audio en anglais (bien que je pensais avoir le choix lors du visionnage) alors que dans le cas "l'univers Conjuring" il y est bien écrit audio en FRANCAIS sur l'offre.

Here I am willing to admit an error on my part that it was recorded audio in English (although I thought I had the choice when watching) while in the case "Conjuring universe" there is well written audio in FRENCH on the offer.
