En date du 12 juillet 2019, trois achats de 99,99€ pour 20 000 crédits, dont deux achats de 100Cr du jeu Forza Horizon 2 ont été fait sur ma console pendant que j'étais au travail.

Mon compte Paypal étant enregistré sur la console, cela étant imposé pour le payement de l'abonnement GamePass et Xbox Live, cela a été très, trop facile pour que mon fils fasse cette manipulation accidentel en plein jeu sur la console.

Dès la réception de la notification de ces transaction sur mon téléphone, j'ai immédiatement contacté Microsoft pour ces commandes et j'ai demandé le l'annulation et le remboursement immédiat.

Une réponse positive m'a été apporté pour les commandes de 100Cr mais bien entendu pas pour celle des 20 000Cr 99,99€ TTC.

Depuis le 12 juillet 2019, tous les jours, j'envoie un mail expliquant que la loi française et notamment la loi Hamon protégeant les consommateurs s'applique conformément l'article de loi n°2014-344 du Code de la Consommation.

J'obtiens systématiquement un refus conformément leur Conditions d'utilisations.

Ces mêmes Conditions d'utilisation qui n'ont apparemment pas posées problèmes pour les deux autres transactions moins de 1€.

Sachant que la prochaine étape pour moi est le courrier AR, le dépôt de ce dossier au Tribunal, qu'il est impossible de vous contacter par email (bizarrement) et que votre façon la limite frauduleuse de facturer des services et produits sans respecter
les textes en vigueur, je préfère malgré tout tenter de vous contacter sur cette interface.

J'espère obtenir une réponse favorable dans l'intérêt de votre réputation.
