Be aware that CDKeys allows other people to sell keys through their platform (like ebay or Amazon Marketplace).

Unfortunately, a lot of scammers also use sites like CDKeys, G4A and the likes to sell "problematic" codes. Those codes may be bought via stolen credit cards, bought in a different country or are time limited keys from a giveaway or promotion, that these
people sell.

Often these sellers also sell expired or used keys, and if the customer complains, the sellers ask them for information, that they know the customer can't provide (e.g. Microsoft won't tell you when a code was used by someone else).

That way a seller can sell a used code multiple times, and the customer can't get a refund, as the seller asks for information, and if you can't provide that information, they tell CDKeys they can't issue a refund as the customer can't provide necessary
information.

So NEVER buy keys from sites like CDKeys, G4A and the likes.

If the code isn't working as it should, contact the seller you bought the key from and I'll cross my fingers and hope that you get a refund or at least a working code.

Unfortunately, we in this forum are unable to help, as we can't look into Microsoft's code database or your account to see why the code wouldn't redeem.

CD Keys is fine thousands use it everyday i have used it for many many years and its cd keys that sells the codes not other people, G2A on the other hand is a bit of a grey site as that is like a flee market for others to sell codes.
