Unfortunately, you may not be able to use a USB headset for your Xbox One unless it is specifically made for it. You will most likely need to use a headset that plugs into your 3.5mm jack on your headset.

Alternatively, you could try streaming your Xbox to your PC and plug your headset into the PC.

You can connect it to the console itself as above. You might be able to use a USB to 3.5 mm adapter if You want to connect to the controller.

I guess it depends on headset type... have you tried using front USB port?

It depends on the type of headset. I also wasnt sure if certain controllers supported bluetooth connect with headsets. Might have to look into that also
