Acer monitor cord

Hi Microsoft community I know this usually isn’t a feed for helping with questions other then Microsoft but I don’t know anywere else to ask

This question. For peopled with monitor specifically acer montiors is it normal that when I try to pull out the cord inside the monitor it dosent go out? I heard it was for protection but I don’t know how to take out the cord or if there is a acer support chat. So if anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated

Are you trying to remove which cord from the monitor?Is it the power cord? What is the monitor model?

If you are trying to remove the HDMI cable, it does not have any kind of lock to resist the removal.

The model number is Acer VG270mbiix, supposedly a 4k HDR monitor with an IPS panel display.

Can you advise on the exact model of this monitor please. A Google search couldn't find a 'k1281k' Acer monitor and 'Acer K1' is a series.

If you don't know the exact model it will be on the manual or on the rear of the display. Can you take a photo of this and post it here?
