Acer lcd monitor xz322qu and xbox series x start up snow

Hi,

Can you advise on the exact model of this monitor please. A Google search couldn't find a 'k1281k' Acer monitor and 'Acer K1' is a series.

If you don't know the exact model it will be on the manual or on the rear of the display. Can you take a photo of this and post it here?

Thank you for the response. I’m currently using Acer 27" 1440p WQHD 165Hz 4ms GTG Curved VA LED as my gaming monitor. If this doesn’t fit the exact 120hz requirement, is there a list that shows all supported monitors?

Can you post the specific model of the monitor please? Acer don't list a VA panel monitor on their current line-up so I can't find a model number

As to a list of supported monitors, not that I am aware of...however, you can do an internet search of "Series x 1440p 120Hz monitors" and find plenty of options.

One thing to mention: It may make no difference at all but some people have found going into the Xbox's display settings and unticking the "Allow 4k" option and then restarting the console solves it. As I said, it may not work in this case but worth trying

In that case I highly recommend you see the monitor/TV in action with the console. That way you can verify that the monitor does support 120Hz on the Series X.

Acer Nitro XZ273U Pbmiiphx 27" 1000R Curved Zero-Frame WQHD (2560 x 1440) Gaming Monitor with AMD FreeSync Premium is my exact monitor and my monitor is just connected with a 2.0 hdmi cord.

The Xbox Series X will do 120Hz but no more, regardless of resolution or monitor.

I would check to see if other Xbox Series X owners have confirmed to achieve 1440p120Hz on those monitors before purchasing.

Maybe a google of "xbox series x 1440p 120hz ___________ " and insert the monitor model to see if people have posted about their monitor and Series X working.
