ACER EI272UR & ED273UR 1440P/120hz problem

Discus and support ACER EI272UR & ED273UR 1440P/120hz problem in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Anyone got either of these monitors working or any suggestions on settings to get these monitors to work correctly.     ACER EI272UR & ED273UR 1440P/120hz problem


    Anyone got either of these monitors working or any suggestions on settings to get these monitors to work correctly.

    I checked the AMD Freesync site and both monitors seem to support that resolution over HDMI but the Xbox keeps kicking it back to 60hz if I select 1440p. 1080P/120hz is ok. The funny thing is if I select 1440p and 120hz and have the monitor set to show the
    refresh rate in the screen corner. When the not supported screen shows up its in 1440p/120 hz. It's so picky, and I'm so frustrated to spend money on 2 monitors that arn't working.

    Xbox Series X 1440p @ 120hz

    Thank you for the response. I’m currently using Acer 27" 1440p WQHD 165Hz 4ms GTG Curved VA LED as my gaming monitor. If this doesn’t fit the exact 120hz requirement, is there a list that shows all supported monitors?

    Greetings everyone. I took a chance with the Acer XF270HU...IPS/Freesync version. I am happy to report that 1440p is working perfectly at 120hz, and Freesync is enabled. Got it at Microcenter. I am extremely happy with the results. Thank you everyone again

    Xbox One X won't output 1440p at 120hz

    I ended up getting the Acer XG270HU and am very happy with my purchase. My xbox one x outputs 1440p at 120hz over HDMI 2.0. About as fututre proof for the next gen as you can get since very little monitors support HDMI 2.1 as of now.
