What a rip off, I spent a few hundred bucks on ACEND Hand of Kul, and now I lose all that money, I am handi-capped so I have no money, was enjoying game. No Refunds. WOW, I don't like playing game on PC, so don't even say I can still play it, just take my
money and run. I think they should refund it back on XBOX360 or part of it in credits or a new game or something. Over $300 lost money is not very nice

Is this coming out for Xbox? Who the heck is Hi-Rez Studios? Did they buy Tribes from Garage Games? I use to love trbes 1, but 2 and 3 killed tribes.

 

Hi, sorry to hear about this. Apparently the game was discontinued after the 18th of November, is this correct?

It seems unfair that you spent all of that money on a game just for it to be discontinued. If Xbox Support say that a refund cannot be issued, then I think that's about all that can be done, unfortunately.

 

Nothing has ever been stated officially as to why the game was discontinued on the Xbox 360. It did affect a lot of fans of the game though.

As to the issue of billing, there is a statement that all purchases are final.

 

I know that purchases are final, but the thing is the game is not there now after spending all that money and now can't play it anymore. You would think that you would be able to keep playing it after spending so much. I guess I helped funded the game for
them so they can make the money off it so it didn't cost them a thing and the players get *** that put money in to the game. And why did they take the game away? There were alot of people playing it, and I don't know why it gone? Maybe just to make money off
of us? It just not fair to people with no income to spend alot of money and then have it taken away!!!!!!
