    Ace combat is constantlly throwing me out of the games and putting up a message network error this is happening at least 7-8 times a day ive done all checks and resets but it keeps happening please help I also have a problem with my forza 7 i had
    two codes that came with my xbox forza 4 and forza 7 , bit now my forza 7 has vanished for some reason how can i get it back please

    sorry to hear.

    Forza 7: Please take a look at the
    order history    , all your purchasing should be displayed there. If the games is displayed in this list, your
    console Needs only to update your account Information. To force your console to do this you can do a power cycle like this:

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 30 seconds.
      Important Be sure to wait 30 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One and wait untill the game is displayed also at your console
    If it is not displayed at your order history, something went wrong while you reedemed the Code and
    you have to contact the support.

    AceCombat7: If your console is still connected via wireless, please use a RJ45 cabel. If this do not help to sole the problem use the

    "Network Troubleshoot"

    Perhaps I can help with the Forza 7 issue

    Please make sure you are signed into the account you purchased it on

    Then go to the store and search for Forza 7.

    If you own it, it should show the install button. Just install it from there.

    I have to agree, Ace Combat 7 is an excellent game and should be in there too
