    Ace combat 7 keeps crashing


    Hey I recently go a hold of my Xbox Series X and have been having a blast so far but for some reason Ace Combat 7 just keep crashing for no reason. It starts up and I can select mission fine but once I’m in a mission it will randomly crash sometimes only a few minutes in sometimes at the mission end screen but it happens every time I play it.

    I did all of this including reinstalling the game now I can’t even start a mission before it crashes

    I'm Samy an independent advisor. Welcome to the Xbox community. How are you?

    Click with the menu button on the game icon and go to manage game and add-ons and in saved data delete the ''reserved space'', clean your console's MAC, restart when your internet devices for a few minutes, and try again.

    To clean the MAC follow this path

    Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address and click clear and restart the console when prompted.

    If that doesn't work reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

    Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.

    In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

    To reset the console>

    Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

    ***Do not reset your console without having your account email and password.***

    If the problem still persists, please reinstall the game.

    If this happens only with this game, I recommend contacting the game's developer.

    If this happens with a lot of games, I'm afraid your console needs repair. You can send it to Microsoft through this link.
