Accused of cheating

Hi guys,

I got a 2 week ban for supposedly cheating. I can tell you 100 percent I didn't cheat and I applied for a second decision, but it was upheld. The only thing they told me is that I was cheating for modding. No other information was given to me but that, so
I have no clue where I could have possibly cheated. I was wondering if there's a number or someone I could get a hold of so I can get this figured out and start playing again? I'd really appreciate any help because I have been wrongly accused.

The only way to appeal a suspension is by filing a case review on the enforcement site
here

If it's a 24 hour suspension then you would not be eligible for a case review.

Afraid not.Support are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement so wouldn't be able to tell you.

The only way to contact the enforcement team is via a case review which you can't do in your case.

 

The enforcement team are the only ones with information about suspensions/bans and submitting a case review is the only way to contact them. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

 

Thanks for the info. I just think it's wrong that I get reported for cheating when I have been playing the game fairly. And the enforcement team made a mistake twice, and don't even let me know where and when I was cheating.
