Acct suspension w no clear way to contest it

our acct was suspended and I want to know exactly why and for a case review but the directions for a case review application are not working as the links they direct me to access are literally not present on the screens indicated.

Maybe Gamertag Issue-Runtime error-not really sure

Hi Let me start by saying that I am writing from my wife's acct as I can't connect to the forums (We have a gold family acct). I have used the forums for years w/ no prob what so ever. When I try to go to the forums now I either get the "Looks like you found
a glitch message" or a "Server Error in '/ ' Application (Runtime error) This happens on 4 different computors and two different browsers. On my gamertag (KingEpic19) this happens but on the same computers w/ my wifes acct we can connect right away so it would
seem to be asscciated w/ my acct. The phone service told me "clear my cookies" did nothing. I don't know how to get ahold of any one who runs "forum support". There is really no way that my acct would have been banned as I am NEVER controversial and always
try to be helpful but I am completely exasperated but I guess I need to check that possibility but I don't know how. I don't really have any trouble going to any of the other XBL services. It is really strange. Thanks in advance for any help!

Reason for Xbox live suspension

I received an email and checked it out. Just says 1 day suspension with no contest allowed but doesnt say why

Dependent upon what "email has been deleted" means will help me point you in the right direction... The email address that you use to login to the acct on xbox.com is the email linked to the gamertag. If say for instance this was a school acct i.e. and you're
no longer a student the email still exists w/in the @live.com domain. You should still be able to login to xbox.com

My son has a gamertag that is linked to a comm college acct that I haven't used in years but I can still use that email address to access his acct via xbox.com

but this does not help him, he was wrongly banned and it is absolutely clear to see this, Microsoft have no right to ban someone with an automated bot and not have no way to contest it. Microsoft are in the wrong and this needs sorting.

And have you noticed the % of MLG's that are posting in the acct. suspensions forum, for getting caught cheating and modding....its became a joke...
