I hope someone can help me. My account shows £40 in the transaction section but I cannot access the money to buy XBOX live. Any ideas how I can get at this credit? THanks

microsoft store has day one fifa 13 available

After not being able to pay yesterday tried heaps of times
just checked my Amex account and there's a ton of pending £1 transactions from Microsoft
Obviously there payment system was a shambles yesterday

Why do I have two diffent balances of MSP points?

Try looking here
commerce.microsoft.com/.../Transaction. See if there is something you purchased that is not showing up, or if there were any transactions made to the account recently

You can not buy gold with your account balance.

You either need a credit card or a pre paid gold card.

If there is no other Microsoft account and the order for the transaction is not showing up it means that the transaction is not successful.

Thank you for the additional information and I apologize for the trouble. If the transaction is not visible on your account it may mean that it's on a different account. Kindly check and hopefully, you will be able to see the transactions for the game because without the transaction we can't validate the license.

That is the weird part. I have checked my account and there is no transaction. I chatted with the Microsoft Support and they do not show any transaction either. So, If there is no transaction with me or Microsoft, what will happen next?
