Accounts suspension Please Fix

My half brother was playing my Xbox, long story short he sent someone a message calling them a “lil bitch” and I got suspended for it which is complete malarkey. All I want is for someone to fix my issue since the enforcement team takes FOREVER to review
the case review thing.

Your account won't of been suspended just because of 1 single race in GTA, there would of obviously been more to it but as you are not willing to discuss it with the Code Of Conduct Team then you will never know.

Checks my Feedback.....yep looks about right. 11 for Unsporting and 6 for Cheating in the last 6 months. No one likes a winner in TF2 !

Why Fohcus

I was communication banned until the 7/31/2017.. that suspension is way overdue , and should have been 'lifted' but I still can't communicate with people/friends , and I don't have a current suspension or anything like that, is there any way this can be
fixed ?

Dont get me wrong i love xbox but sometimes i hate the system. I know exatcly how you feel i was in a hardcore s&d game in bo3 this guy team killed more than half the team and got kicked which i would have been fine with but he somehow joined back the lobby
and did it again got kicked again then kept joining back and team killing us making the game unplayable so i filed a report and sent him a message expressing how i feel about the cheater. Few days later i get a communications suspension and the cheater goes
off free. The system is all *** the trolls want a reaction just to get you suspended or worse it sucks how they work the system and how we the victims receive a punishment while they go off free with no consequences whatsoever. Xbox needs to fix this the enforcement
team doesnt even look into it i made a case file and they did nothing at all didnt ask questions or anything. Nice to know xbox "cares" about its players

You must be rated e for everyone regardless of who reported you nor does it have any relevance to your case review

You alone are responsible for your own actions no one else and no it doesn't matter who starts the fight you both are responsible for each others actions as you should know this in life

See here is the thing there is only one person that would have reported me for anything. The main reason for this is I stay in my group of friends and don't talk to people in game chat. I have however messaged people but the only person which is the one
from before who hasn't been working on a trade deal on Rocket League. He/She is the only one who would have reported me for anything and if I never swore or used hateful language why do I get a ban. (I also fixed your typos they were bugging me)

You dont know as part of the privacy laws

At most you get a ty after filing a report but you never get any information about punishment or pending punishment about anyone you reported or who reported you

If your ban is over and you are still seeing the effects of it, follow these steps:

Remove your account from your Xbox

Restart your console by pressing the xbox button, press settings, press restart

Add back the account.

You can also double check your privacy settings by

Going to https://account.xbox.com/en-US/settings/home? and click privacy settings.

Then scroll down to "Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites?" and select "Everyone"

Scroll down to the bottom of the page to save

If you're still having problems, please create a new thread with the problem you have or you could try contacting
Xbox Support directly.

This could help fix the issue.

Remove/delete the account for your Xbox.

Power cycle the console for 10 seconds until it turns off.

Restart the console, and recover the account back.

I understand the frustration, but demanding help, isn't the way to get people to help you.

Yeah I know but i’ve been so calm and nice with everyone i’ve spoken too but they just are no help whatsoever :/
