    Accounts keeps getting locked after unlocking it


    For 5 months now my account has been getting locked after unlocking it. I've done everything I could think of but everytime i unlock my account it gets locked again and I don't know what to do about this. I've changed my password multiple times after I
    unlocked my account and it still gets locked again, i've change my email added other emails added a phone number looked around in settings and my account continuesly keeps getting locked back to back.

    My son's Xbox account was compromised

    Microsoft support has told us to do the same form that we have done several times and we keep getting the same response that the account is indefinitely locked even though the guy who locked it said we would be able to unlock it whenever. The guy we talked
    to before that locked the account also ended the support case after he locked it.

    keep in mind your account is locked during the investigation and will be unlocked when they confirm you as the real owner

    I don’t know why your call is dropped. Could be an issue with the signal

    If they locked your account you need to keep using the form locked account form.
    If the form is not working, probably it’s because the account can’t be unlocked

    Let me know if you find a solution. I'm in a very similar situation and customer support doesn't really have a good solution. my account keeps getting locked out and takes days for it to get unlocked only for customer support to lock it again because they
    try to access it. good luck!
