Accounts have been banned and I don't understand why

both my mine and my girlfriends account have been banned for 2 weeks and I don't know why the gamer tags are AbrupT FusionZz and HayleyLouX2 could I get a reason or get it investigated a bit more because neither of us have been on because we have just had
a baby

Hello dear Support Enforcement.

My Gamer Tag is:

Recently, trying to connect to Xbox Live, I got the message that I was suspended and I couldn't talk to my friends.

Yet I bought a subscription to the Xbox Live Gold 3 months, and I did nothing special that could have caused this suspension.

I am a good player, and I never did anything wrong on the game servers. In addition I know the rules of the server and I don't violate any condition.

It is for this reason that I wish to no longer be suspended as soon is it you please.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. For information about your suspension and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com

Can you please post, In the XBOX 360 ban forums. Then that way someone from the xbox enforcement team. Will let you know what you have done wrong. On them 2 accounts. As this is not the place to post about bans thanks.
