    I want to play apex legends ranked with my friends but I'm a higher rank then them. I want to make a alt account but I don't know if that would be violating terms of service. Would it violate it?

    Also be sure you have two-factor authentication enabled on your Xbox Account.

    According to the Xbox Community Standards, you shouldn't use multiple accounts to unfairly manipulate your multiplayer rank.

    Did exactly what you said nothing worked.Can you guys just get rid of the ability to lock peoples account and just force them to use two step verifacation. Most of the people that is getting there account locked are innocent people and whoever is locking
    the accounts are locking the wrong peoples account

    Once logged in with the mentionned account did you check from the Enforcement site if any action was applied, if so you
    will find the reason why.

    Just for safety, i'd recommend putting 2 step verification on your account.
