Account's communication was banned. Need to know why.

My account was put under suspension for bad communication. I asked in the case review what the ban was for, and all they told me was that there was use of misogynistic slurs and other hateful comments.

The problem with that is I have no idea what they're talking about. I haven't messaged anyone anything like that recently. My brother likes to sneak on my xbox while I'm at work, so I need to see the exact message I was banned for. If he deleted it I wouldn't
know, and I have no idea if I can even recover deleted messages. I want to see the exact message so I'll know if it was him that caused my ban.

I don't know who to ask about this because enforcement wasn't specific enough for me.

Why am I communication banned for a gamer pic

Hello I was banned for having nudity in a gamer pic (just a bunch of mates mucking around gone too far) and I was for some reason communication banned with the ban and I don't know why I got communication banned when it was a gamer pic. I need an explanation.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans and would be the only ones who have any information regarding the suspension. They do not give specifics.

 

If you were banned for one day or 24 hours there is nothing you can do. However if the suspension was longer that a day you can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story.

Hope this helps, I would also suggest putting some security features on your Xbox in the future so your brother cant access the xbox.
