    we recently had a game glitch which asked for the xbox to be rest and updated as we done this we have lost 2 accounts and all saved data when we put in the emails for the accounts to read them they have came up different gamer tags and we cannot access our
    old ones yet my sons profile is completely untouched and our accounts are still there according to his profile... is there any way to recover them or do we have no choice but to start a new?? when contacting the support team they said this has happened a
    lot and are aware and not to worry as they can recover the accounts and we will be able to get them back but they have said how long or how to get them back in general.. we are beyond annoyed at this

    My E-Mail Account has been deleted

    My E-Mail Account from my XBox Live Account has been deleted. The Problem is, that I can't access my XBox Live Account because the Password has been reset to that E-Mail account that has been deleted. What now?

    Sorry, but if they're games that have been reset, then they can't be deleted from your history.

    there should be no problem with your account since doing a complete reset does not mean that the games are deleted from your account

    Xbox One won't load ANYTHING. Literally. (dashboard and games included)

    Been having this issue for a couple of weeks, started out of the blue. Cleared caches and memory, hard reset, soft reset, scrambled reset, restore to defaults, deleted my account and redownloaded, deleted games. Affects everything on internal and external
    hard drives. Sending it to Microsoft see if they will send it back fixed

    i cant accept the new terms and conditions for my sons account as i no longer have acess to the parental email account

    also @predator, if that account is in fact deleted, you may be able to re-create that account and attempt getting a new password reset sent there. as long as its an existing account, it will be sent to whatever the email address is, even if you just created
    it (again). if it hasn't been deleted and you just forgot the password to that account as well, then u of course wont be able to get in there for that reset link

    If I delete my friends account off my Xbox will that permanently erase it from Xbox live or just off my Xbox?

    Accounts are saved on the Xbox's servers. So deleting an account will only delete it from the console unless it's an account that has never been connected to Live.
