    Hi. We have not used our X box for a few months. When my son came to use it he could not access game pass. So I tried to log in with my account. I would enter my pin code but it would then ask me to log in my Microsoft account witch I did, Microsoft noted I was logged in but the Xbox didn't. So after looking on line I follow some tips on the Microsoft page. I deleted my account and re-ads it but when I get to the add a pass word it just keeps circling add pass and verify password. I have tried to shut it down and restart with out joy.

    I have got the game pass to work by re-registering the console.

    No. Once you're banned for something like that, the enforcement team will not unban you.
