    I’ve been trying to recover my amount for three days I’m very frustrated and unhappy with the password reset process. Every time I fill out the reset request form is says unfortunately the information that I provided isn’t accurate enough.The only thing I don’t remember thoroughly about the account is the password I know all the other information card number I found the Xbox Live device ID number I don’t not understanding the name is right the birthday is right I just got the game I just made the account less than four months ago I’m not understanding please help me resolve this because the password reset request form isn’t helpful at all if I’m putting all the right information. Somehow my phone number got switched the last four digits of my phone number are off. I need help from you all because I can’t call and talk to a customer service agent like normal please help.! Thank you

    No. Once you're banned for something like that, the enforcement team will not unban you.
