Je souhaite faire une réclamation suite une menace de piratage lié mon compte Xbox live et Microsoft... Le premier joueur "IV NOVA" a déj été signalé via une de vos collègues du support d'aide Microsoft mais je n'arrive pas retrouver le gamerTag du
2ème joueur étant en relation avec ce dernier... Vous pourriez peut être le retrouver ? Cela s'est produit sur le jeu GTA5 en ligne et le nom du 2ème joueur commence également par "IV ". Les menaces m'ont étaient envoyées via le tchat du jeu et j'ai pu enregistrée
la 1ère menace via une capture d'écran Xbox live si ça peut vous aider. Je me suis déj fait piraté mon compte Xbox live il y a 4 ans sur Xbox 360 et ne souhaite pas que cela se reproduise...

Guys, I've not bothered to search as I wouldn't even know quite where to start, so apologies if this is common knowledge already.

My question is............

I've already signed over my XBL account to the ONE, which works fine, but what I'm wondering is how do I get the kids and misses across from the 360 ?
I'm the only one with a live account and the 3 other profiles where made on the 360.
Whilst I was out MTB'ing today the "kids" wanted to play Zoo Tycoon, but since I have to ONE set up for face sign in they had a few problems, to the point where on my arrival home there were about 6 new accounts made in their attempts to sign in *Facepalm :facepalm:
It's been so long since the other accounts were made on the 360 I can't even remember what processes were required.

If you have reported the account which you deem violated the Code of Conduct that is all you can do.
