ACCOUNT WRONGFULLY BANNED

Hello Enforcement Team,

I would just like to start out by saying how unhelpful all of the support lines for Microsoft have been throughout this process. They kept telling me I HAVE to post on this forum, and that the Enforcement Team does not have a phone number to contact which
is downright ridiculous.

I was peacefully playing Battlefield One around 3:30pm EST today, and all of a sudden i was kicked off Xbox Live, with a message telling me that I have been temporarily banned for "cheating". This is absolutely FALSE because I have never engaged in cheating.
I have had my Xbox Live account for about 10 years and have never had a problem. I was playing Battlefield One during the time of ban (pretty sure you can't even cheat in that game to begin with), so i do not understand how this happened.

I am very dissatisfied with the service i received, as well as this wrongful ban. Please get back to me ASAP because I am currently still paying for my services that have been taking away from me for NO reason.

I think i was wrongfully banned because of a hacked game i accidentally joined

i soke to people in cooustmer service and they said they left notes on my account and how I was wrongfully banned

This is a different account? My OTHER one was banned are you seriously that dumb you can't read? No one knows why they are banned, there has been cases of 1000's of people who have been banned and they were playing GTA as their last game, someone has ***
up somewhere, and I have been banned wrongfully! and the achievements have been like this for sooo long, I dont care about this account its my other one which has been banned wrongfully.

remember, MS refused to believe they were wrongfully banning consoles. then the moment the public got watchdog involved in th UK, bam! MS suddenly find a faultin the system that was wrongfully banning, and then did something about it.

Complaints are all investigated. It only takes a single valid complaint to warrant action.

You will get nowhere in court. You were rightfully banned and were given the reason why. They aren't required to show you evidence but believe me they have it and that is why they banned you.

You cannot be banned by a modder either. We can't provide anything except truthful facts as we're just Ambassadors. We're telling you true facts and you're choosing to deny what you were caught doing.

It's done. It's final. Take it as a loss and learn from your mistakes.
