Account wrongfully banned..

Last 7 minutes of Xbox Live including disconnection/ban I was playing Modern Warfare 2 Trickshotting in a six man party with friends, we
were searching for a lobby when I got disconnected from Xbox Live with the message "profile signed in elsewhere". When I attempted to re-sign in, my account displayed the message: banned till 31/12/9999. I checked the acccount: "Ammplify" 's email, and the
excuse as to why I was enforced was:

is devastating.

Adding to above: You did exactly what the email says. That's not just a random reason sent to you. You were caught engaging in these and that's what the Xbox LIVE Enforcement Team will also tell you. Bans are not given without a reason.

 

Just to add to what Smwutches posted - you can certainly post in the ban forums however you will just receive the same response as in the Email. They will never overturn a ban or suspension. They do research the situation very well. Even if you were not
the person responsible for a modded lobby (as an example) you are certainly just as guilty for playing in it. Sorry to hear about the ban!

 

Look, I have hours of footage the day I've been banned, and I did not commit such actions suggested within the email. I know it just sounds like another kid who claims he's wrongfully banned, but there is nothing to support the damn ban, if they "research
well" they could at least go through all messages sent/received and prove that I "used xbox live for commercial purposes, and/or to steal login information" because I didn't. This is such *** on your guys part, when I have hours of evidence to support my claims.

When you're banned, it's from things you've been engaging in over time. Not just activity for that day. You may have been playing fair and being nice the day you were banned, but beforehand you were caught doing what the email states.

 

No. I've been a loyal member for five years! I was either falsely file complainted from a mad user, or banned from a jtag. You guys can't even provide evidence. What a joke.

 

And Ryouko, all the XBLPET does is resend what they already have in the email, they don't provide further information at all. Unbelievable, I won't be supporting Xbox anymore. Small Claims Alberta Courts will be contacted. Denial of service on unfounded
evidence.

 

Complaints are all investigated. It only takes a single valid complaint to warrant action.

You will get nowhere in court. You were rightfully banned and were given the reason why. They aren't required to show you evidence but believe me they have it and that is why they banned you.

You cannot be banned by a modder either. We can't provide anything except truthful facts as we're just Ambassadors. We're telling you true facts and you're choosing to deny what you were caught doing.

It's done. It's final. Take it as a loss and learn from your mistakes.
