Account won't stay signed in

    My account keeps signing me out every 5-10 minutes. Then it asks for my email & pass that is saved/remembered. It's not my connection & I'm on a hard line not wifi.

    Will not stay signed in

    Ive had this collection for over 2 months, everything was fine, then last week, all of a sudden it started just signing me out during a game. Ive tried uninstalling, reloading, restarting...everything.

    Please help!!

    Xbox One not signing me in...

    This happened even before the dash update.... well, it didn't make me put in my password but I've always had problems staying signed in. I just want a setting that keeps ME signed in. There are no other fucking accounts on my god damn xbox anyway.

    It sounds like it could be a problem with the console itself. I would recommend calling in to xbox live support. 1-800-4MY-XBOX if you are in US or Canada, or if you are elsewhere go here:

    I stay signed in on the console, it just signs me out if xbox live & I can connect right back. It's continuously checking security then signs out. It's not the console, it happens on other consoles as well

    XBox One keeps signing out kids profiles.

    Have you tried signing in an adult account or any other account other than theirs to see if this happens with that one as well?
    I have. There is one adult account and three kids accounts. Two of the kids accounts wont stay signed in. The adult account and other kid account will stay signed in.

    does this happen with other profiles or just your's?

    try changing your password to your profile signing into your profile or

    remove your profile from the console , clear cache and download you profile again.
