Account wont log in.

I don't know why you suspended my brothers account? WHY? I am trying to log in. It won't log in. I try to start the game. It won't start the game. So i did a reset. Added account. It woudn't let me even after i gave consent.

So i logged in to his email account. Email has been suspended because of spamming or some
[Mod Removed - Inappropriate] he didn't do. What the heck is this Microsoft? Now i'm trying to get an access code to retrieve it and it won't let me add my phone number it keeps saying (Usage limit used)
[Mod Removed - Inappropriate] am i suppose to do now? That account has XBOX LIVE that i am paying for.

Look i am not doing none of that [Mod removed- profanity]. You do know Xbox Live was having severe issues logging in users around the US today right?

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Sorry to hear about the suspension of your brother's account. If the suspension is related to the email account itself (not the Gamertag) being blocked due to spam, then the account could be suspended
for safety.

If you have already gone to the Enforcement site, as suggested by our Ambassador, but there is no info to be found, then you'll need to take some action to unblock the actual email account, which is the alias used for logging into the Xbox Account. For the
direct steps to get that sorted out, we recommend following the instructions in the support article entitled Account temporarily suspended.

Give this a try and please let us know the results.

Your brother would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information on why he was suspended and to see about submitting a case review.

We actually do know we had live issues today as the forums was filled with posts in regards to it and it was a Service Alert on our official website. This is something that was worked on internally and
it has been solved. Unfortunately the only way to recover your account is if you follow the process
in the support article entitled Account temporarily suspended
that has been provided by Amber above. That is the only solution available to recover the account.
