account wasen't found

Hi i got a problem, whaen i try to connect to my account its say that there isn't account like that but in my Xbox I am connect to that account and i tried to connect from multipul devaice but still nothing. I'm stuck like that like 3 month and this is my third time asking hear and one was answerd but they didn't replay back and it didn't solve the broblem I hope you can help me. (the account that im using is a diffrent becouse i cant use that one)
