Account was wrongfully banned by X Box Enforcement Team! Please read!

Here is my letter I wrote to the X Box Legal Team:

To whom it may concern,

I’ve been a member on x box live for nearly 13 years. I’ve literary spent thousands of dollars on your network cause I felt it was a great way for me to experience gaming. I was recently banned permanently for alleged market place theft until December 31, 9999.
Here are the sequence of events that lead to this alleged case of theft.

1) My account was charged on March 3rd, 2016 $108.86 for 13,000 Call of Duty points. I did not personally make that purchase. It could of been a case of fraud. Or perhaps an error. X box than made the decision to refund me my $108.86.

2) On May 30th, 2016 I willingly purchased 5,000 Call of Duty points for $43.54 However, I never received my points, and that’s because the some of the X box Live core services were down. I received an error message about it on my X box. I chatted with a representative
and learned there was an actual fault in your system, that was not giving the players the points they purchased. Please refer to the paper work I attached in my envelope for more information to support my claim.

3) When I got home I called X Box live personally. I spoke to a lady name Cassie. I told her the issue about the 5000 Call of Duty points. She told me I already received a refund and normally they are not allowed to do another BUT because the issue resulted
from a malfunction in their system she would be happy to grant me the refund. Than she tells me “I notice there’s a refund for 65.31 that’s stuck in the system that we ow you, would you like me to release it to you”? I said of course. That is from an issue
a while back where I never received my refund! Not in any point of our conversation did she mention the fact that these refunds could have me banned, and why the ban in the first place?

4) On June 10th at 8:58 PM I was permanently banned for allegedly committing market place theft. I alerted the X Box Enforcement Team about my issue but they did not seem to care. After pleading my case they decided to leave the ban as it. Yesterday, I spoke
to one of your representatives and he told me my actions should not have gotten me banned. He wrote an email explaining the situation. Which I have included in this letter.

I did not try nor did I defraud Microsoft. I’m was just trying to get what was owed to me, for services I payed for and did not receive. I have included in this envelope some emails, and the case file from the X Box Enforcement Team. All I want is my ban to
be lifted so I can resume enjoying my pleasant gaming experience on X Box Live. Hopefully this can be resolved without further actions. Please respond within 10 days.

I mailed this letter to your legal department and I have not received anything back. As you can see this is a big misunderstanding. I honestly think the enforcement team should take another look at this. I'm very upset. I lost everything. All my digital
games. My stats. Everything. All I want is my profile back. I didn't do anything wrong. Please hopefully we can resolve this without any further action. Here is some more information to prove my innocence. I have an email which was written by one of your representatives.

I'm sending you this email so we can help you out for the account, inregards to the issue that you currently encountering. Based on what we have last June 06, 2016, it is showing on the acocunt that you called in to report that the issue about a certain
game here is what happe to said incident ( Customer said that liquid divium is on sale with activision which can be purchased with COD Points. However, customer did not receive the COD points and the sale already ended. ) Agent pulled up the account and gone
with the troubleshooting steps.Agent ( pulled up account confirmed the charges ).

Customer explained his side, that he is trying to purchase the points while on sale, apparently sale was ended and the customer was charged on a regular price. On the said date that the customer was charged, there was a on going maintenance ( Purchase and
Content UsageBuying items, redeeming codes, or downloading purchases ) are all in red line.

The customer was advice to contact the developer for the progress and was given a link for the support. Contact Us.

Customer posted a the issue and escalated it to the developer already before contacting xbox support. With refrerence number

I assure you I did nothing wrong. Please unban my account. I was on there for 13 years. I have made friends. Lot of friends. People who are complete strangers! and I can't even get in touch with them anymore. I've lost over $ 2,000 dollars in digital content.
This is wrong. Someone please help me.

I need help it said my console was banned(PLEASE READ)

The XBL enforcement team probably won't read this - you should contact XBL support. The person who signed into your account probably did something very bad to get your account Console Banned - the only other possibility is that you were Console Banned to keep your details secure and that you should contact Microsoft.

 

Meaningless Suspension

The Xbox enforcement team does not life ban lightly, does anyone else use your account?

 

No one from the enforcement team reads the forums & it doesn't matter what a support rep told you,they are nothing whatsoever to do with xbox live enforcement so it doesn't matter what they think.

Did you open an unauthorised access case if purchases showed up without your knowledge?

All you can do is ask for a case review here

If you have done that & the decision was upheld then there's nothing else you can do.

Also posting personal details like your email address is not allowed on the forums,niether is posting reference numbers,they are for phone/chat support only.

 

as previously said by the person above the best option you can take is to go to the enforcement page and apply for a case review it will ask for an explanation and hopefully you will get unbanned

 

I tired this already. They upheld it. I guess its time to open a small claims case against Microsoft.

 

There was not even enough room to type my story in there case review there's a limit to how many words you can type. It was defiantly not a fair trial.
