Account was taken

Hopefully posting this in the correct thread.

Today I was playing Black Ops 1 and came across a cheater (shot loads of times no damage....) So anyway in the main lobby I called him out on it. So after some verbals between the two of us I left the lobby to report him. (I'm fairly new to xbox so don't
know my way around yet.) Anyway, about a minute after that he joined my party and continued his verbal, muted him sharpish and then figured out how to lock my party privacy. around 30 seconds later my account had been signed out.

I looked to xbox for guidance in this instance and found a page that said I had signed in on an xbox 360.....that in itself is a lie as I only just bought an X1 in April this year. I have changed how I sign in now (need the full password), I have also changed
password and also changed the passkey to my account and have 2 step verification on. My worry is that this was simple enough to do and will be done again no doubt. But is there anyway to stop this from happening again? Can I lock my X1 down so that is the
only computer my account can be used on?

Hello yes my name is Jordan you can call me Joad for short. i would like to say my account was taken recently and i called xbox go a SR# and do not know what to do with it but i am wanting to know my status because this kid is still on my account after they
said they're going to lock it down so they can not play anymore i would like some help i greatly appreaciate what yall are doing taking the time to work for us but this is a 3 yrs i have been with xbox live and i have been hacked once again i would really
like my account i just wanna know what the deal is thank you for your time im glad you guys help this wonderful system.

 

Yeah u probably done the right thing stiv but plz do still contact Xbox live and get it checked tell them exactly what happened with times and date it happened, but people plz do remember if u have an issue with Xbox live or a game or account contact them
they don't bite and it's free lol

 

I contacted xbox again as I was signed out, he noted that I had been signed into an xbox 360 today and has left a note of that on the system. He reset something on his side that basically whoever kept signing me out wouldn't be able to (I hope). I had to
re-download my own profile while I was on the call with him, he said that after I had done that then there shouldn't be any other activity on the account.

Any more problems I've to call straight away. In the meantime I reported the user for cheating and also reported him for stealing my account. His gamer score was really low so I guess he just makes up new accounts all the time and plays fair on his real
account.
