Account was suspended, suspension up and still cannot play online

gamer tag was suspended for 2 weeks for communications. Suspension was up on 6/2 and yet it tells me this profile is not allowed to play online. Even in the past if I was suspended for the same issue I could still play online but I just
couldn't hear communications. Can someone help me understand what's going on?

Can't use communications after suspension has been over

I was suspended from online multiplayer and communications on my Xbox One on 6/2/17 to 6/19/17. The enforcement detail said, "On Xbox One and Xbox on Windows, this account cannot play online multiplayer, use communications features, broadcast gameplay, or
share content for the duration of the suspension." The suspension has been over, and I can play online, but parties, messages, and commenting are still not working for me.

 

Communication and Online Ban.

I was suspended from online play and communication and the message told me it would be ending on 9/26/17. The suspension has been over for two days and I still cannot communicate with anyone but I can play online.

 

update- all accounts on this console will not work. I created a new account and downloaded a friends and I am getting the same message every time. It will not let me play on Xbox live and it will not allow me to send messages. Even on the new account
it says due to past behavior you cannot send messages? Is my console blocked or something?

 

You have been console banned.

 

but it doesn't tell me anywhere that it has been banned. And they will ban you for communications?

 

They don't tell you about console bans only communication bans they will tell you. If you want to find out how long your console ban is I recommend chatting with Microsoft.

 

I tried, they are literally no help.

 

they told me how long my console ban was. Also there is a good chance that even once your console ban is over you might still be able tonot talk I'm having this problem it's honestly a joke

They told me to wait for the system to recognize it's over but it's about to be 2 days

 

you would think they would give you some kind of notice.

 

It would've been helpful too for me.
