    my account was suspended on 9-2-2016 for violation of code of conduct. so i cant chat or send messages to anyone now till the 16th. i havent had a problem with anyone online for 3 weeks or more. trying to get ahold of a live agent cause talking to a robot
    is useless. i got a message 4 or so days ago from xbox live themselves saying they are happy my rep is improving. never got a message saying my account was suspended. this isnt right my account is being suspended for another week and a half when i havent had
    any problems in a long time and im paying good money for a service i cannot use. would like to talk to a live agent about this matter otherwise if i cant i might as well cancel subscription for something i cant use and go to the ps4

    Previously purchased Xbox Gold game no longer available for free?

    I find it odd that it messed up on this one game, as I have been fairly religious in catching all the Games with Gold offers over the last two years, using this same approach.

    Will I get a permanent ban?

    I've been suspended 3 times in communication so far, 2 times in 2016 and once in 2017. I was wondering if I get suspended again will it be a permanent ban.

    Then your account might not be suspended immediately but it will be. I think it took 9 or 10 days for them to suspend mine after I notified them.
